We want to continue to provide updates on our actions related to COVID-19 and the precautions we are taking for the health of our teams and customers, as well as continuing to be a responsible partner in the communities we serve.
Our offices are open, but will remain locked to limit the face-to-face interactions. We will be continuing communication with existing and prospective customers via phone, text, and email. We will be pre-scheduling move-in appointments, as well as setting aside any pre-ordered packing and moving supplies for easy customer access. Normal access hours for existing customers still apply. We appreciate your patience as we move forward with our contact-free reservation offerings.

Our preparedness plans began several weeks ago and have been ever evolving since. We first started by providing our teams with education on cleaning practices and introduced enhanced cleaning standards. Within a week, we were up against limited supplies of CDC approved materials. Our teams continue to spend countless hours coordinating the purchasing and distribution of supplies to keep our facilities stocked. We have relied on our vendors to come through and help us with this and we are greatly appreciative of the vendor relationships that we have formed with companies like Regency Business Solutions. Our next step in proactive planning was to introduce initiatives to limit physical interactions with each other and customers. We have implemented contact-free processes, such as online reservation options, remote customer support, and no-touch building access. Our facilities also have closed conference rooms and packaged retail supplies, to do everything we can to limit contact. We have always had these options, but in the past, we have had pride in the value of human interaction and customer service.
As many industries are slowing down, we are still seeing the need for storage due to the ramifications this virus is causing. We are committed to ensuring members of our community feel confident renting with us.
The success and safety of our team members are paramount—this does not only apply to our on-site employees, but our corporate employees as well, who are working remotely, but meet several times a day via video-conferencing to ensure our teams are supported and we are providing quick responses to our changing environment.
